EventsRegistration, sponsorship, exhibit and advertising opportunities are confirmed on a first-come, first-assigned basis in accordance with the following items, conditions and regulations governing commercial support of AMAC events. When the registration, sponsorship, exhibit or advertising form is accepted by AMAC, it becomes a contract. Anti-HarassmentAMAC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Sexual conduct, language or imagery is not appropriate for any AMAC events. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled without a refund at the event organizers' discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, harassment includes, but is not limited to:
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible to the AMAC National Office at info@amac-org.com. Beverage ConsumptionAll AMAC-sponsored receptions offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol will not be served to any person under the age of 21. If you choose to consume alcohol, please drink responsibly. HotelAMAC hotel reservation links are provided to registered attendees only via your registration confirmation email. Room reservations with the AMAC hotel block are subject to cancellation if not registered for the AMAC event. Photo/VideoBy registering and participating in AMAC events, you consent to record your likeness, image and/or voice and authorize AMAC/any AMAC duly authorized vendor to use photographs, video and audio recordings containing your likeness, image and/or voice in any medium for any purpose. Registration Cancellation/RefundAll registration fees must be paid before the event. Failure to make the required payment on time may result in AMAC terminating the registration. Cancellations will be charged a processing fee [the fee varies per event] regardless of when they are received. Cancellations will be accepted until [date to be identified per event]. No refunds will be made after this date. Conference registration cancellations must be in writing to events@amac-org.com. All requests for cancellations must be accompanied by payment information and/or a copy of the official purchase confirmation. Registration TransfersPaid registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization if you notify AMAC in writing. Send transfers and substitutions via email to events@amac-org.com. Please include the name, title, company and email of the original registrant as well as the new colleague who will be using the registration. Registrations may be transferred to future AMAC events. SpeakerAs a speaker, I agree that AMAC and its successors, agents and licensees may, on a non-exclusive and royalty-free basis:
Sponsorship Cancellation/RefundAll sponsorships must be paid within [days to be identified per event] days of signing the contract and before the event. Failure to make the required payment on time may result in AMAC terminating this contract and the sponsor’s participation in the event without further notice. No refunds or cancellations may be issued at any time for sponsorship. Please email your completed form to sponsorships@amac-org.com. Your selected payment method will be processed once your form has been received and reviewed. If you opt to receive an invoice, one will be generated and sent to the primary contact for payment.
